The decorations are increasing daily and the treats are being sorted ready for Halloween.

The charity buckets are ready.

A beautiful way to commemorate a terrible day.

We all remember where and what we were doing at the time we heard the news and all of us who stood or sat staring at the TV hoping that it was just a movie not reality.

We will remember those that died that day and all of those that spent days afterwards hunting for survivors.

Take a minute today to stop and think about those who died, those that have lived with the memories and injuries, those that have never had their loved ones returned to them (over 1000 still in specialised storage trying to be identified!).

According to organisers, 2,977 drones recreated the Twin Towers with each light representing a victim of the 9/11 attacks.
