One Voice, Watford Community Choir

One Voice, Watford Community Choir One Voice Watford Community Choir was launched in July 2008 following an initiative by Mayor Dorothy Thornhill and a grant from the mayor’s fund.

We are an adult community choir (18 years +) for people living in Watford and the surrounding areas.

Fantastic end of term sing-song yesterday evening! Oli's last rehearsal as our MD, and everyone at One Voice Watford Community Choir says THANK YOU, OLI GOODALL! We'll miss you at the helm!
New term starts on Thursday 10 September 2026, with our new MD Rebecca Anderson. (Although Oli will be covering the first 2 rehearsals of term!!)

If anyone is intending to park at Morrisons and walk round to The Chase today, we've been informed that Morrisons is 2 hours free parking.

We're supporting The Chase Care Home by singing for residents, their families and friends on Wednesday 17 June.

Final run through completed at this evening's rehearsal. Brilliant time had by all, and we're looking forward to next week's performance!

Come and try out our friendly choir. No auditions or need to read music. Taster session free, thereafter weekly subs of £6. Thursday evenings 7.30-9pm term time, at The Clarendon Muse on the site of Watford Boys Grammar School. For more information email [email protected]

One Voice Watford will hold the (fairly quick!) AGM at the beginning of rehearsal on 21 May. If any of our members would like to volunteer to be part of the choir's management committee, just email [email protected] for more information.
New members would be very welcome to try a free taster session, thereafter choir subs are currently £6 per week.

Rehearsals this evening to be held in the main school hall due to The Muse being used as a polling station. Allow extra time for parking!

As from the beginning of Summer 2026 term, the weekly rehearsal subs will increase to £6 per week.

First rehearsal of the Summer term will be Thursday 16 April.
