As our business grows, weโre looking for a dedicated Service Engineer / Aquarium Technician to join our small, friendly, and expert team.

Your Role:
As an Aquarium Technician, youโll be on the front line of delivering outstanding care to high-end aquariums across our client base. Every day will be different, but your key responsibilities include:
โข ๐งผ Servicing marine and tropical tanks in residential & commercial settings
โข ๐ง Performing water tests, cleaning, and monitoring livestock health
โข ๐ Assisting with new tank installations and relocations
โข ๐จ Occasional emergency callouts for urgent issues
โข ๐ Keeping accurate service logs and inventory records
โข ๐ Driving to and from multiple client locations each day

What Weโre Looking For:

Passion for aquatics (marine or tropical systems)
โ
Hands-on knowledge of filtration systems, reef tanks, or planted aquariums
โ
Friendly and professional client communication
โ
Trustworthy, tidy, and capable of working independently
โ
Physically fit โ able to lift 20kg water containers or salt bags
โ
Full UK driving licence (clean record)

Based near NW London preferred

Nice to Have (But Not Essential):
โข Prior experience in the aquarium or aquatic trade (hobbyist or professional)
โข Confidence in basic troubleshooting (equipment or fish health)
โข Good spoken English and clear communication skills
