I’m excited to announce I have been invited by BBC Radio Solent again and will be on air with Katie Martin via a FaceTime call at approximately 12:30pm on Monday 11th.

One of the main reasons people and especially men don’t speak out about their mental health is the worry of it affecting their careers and/or life goals. I am proof that isn’t the case!

I have recently been successful in achieving a life long career goal. Ever since I was a young boy I have always wanted to work for the amazing NHS / Ambulance Service.

After going through a lengthy mental health journey and recovery, I made the decision to apply to my dream and my dream has recently become reality.

I am now incredibly proud to say after a lot of hard work and working on myself, I have become part of the family at South Central Ambulance Service.

My journey on being an advocate for men’s mental health isn’t over and in fact I’ve only just started, I will not stop raising awareness and saving men from mental health!
