Bridgewater Players Dramatics Society presents A Ghoul’s Night Out, written and directed by Kath Buckley, on Thursday 25th and Friday 26th June.

When a group of friends accidentally summon a ghost they can’t get rid of, they turn to the mysterious Madame Arcana for help, but is she really the psychic she claims to be? A supernatural comedy loosely inspired by Blithe Spirit by Noël Coward.

All aboard! Off-Track is an all new, original comedy-drama from NODA Award winning Soup Productions.

Off-Track tells the story of a group of strangers, all with different backgrounds and circumstances, and with only one thing in common. The need to catch a train from Warrington Central. With the train delayed and multiple personalities, who knows how this journey will end.

Did you know that a brutal and heartbreaking story is part of Warrington's dark past?

In May 1806, a pub next to Sankey Chapel was raided and five gay men were arrested for 'so**my' or an 'unnatural crime' which at the time carried the death penalty.

For Warrington Pride, we are working with Soup Productions to bring this true story to the stage at Parr Hall on Friday and Saturday, 27 and 28 June.

Don't miss this hard-hitting reflection on discrimination, intolerance, injustice and changing attitudes.

Introducing The House, The Boys and The Trial ⚖️

Coming to Parr Hall on Friday and Saturday, 27 and 28 Jun, the true story will take audiences back to the early 19th century when a pub in Warrington – known in the press as 'Sodomite House' – was raided.

The heart-wrenching story will then follow the five men who were arrested on that fateful day and the trials that followed - for a reflection on discrimination, intolerance, injustice and changing attitudes.

🎭 Soup Productions - Warrington are a not-for-profit theatre group who are proud to create original works that resonate with their communities. This show for Pride is the follow-up to last year's well received 'Chicken'.
