Sounds rather like a typical April in Ware, too!

A huge thank you to everyone who turned up to the event last night despite the weather.

Thanks to all the people who made this year's event possible, to the stallholders, the entertainers,the volunteers and college students who set up the evening and everyone else involved.

A massive thank you to the rest of the new Dickensian committee who stepped forward with me to save this event, without you this wouldn't have happened at all this year.

Finally a thank you to those who came down and enjoyed the stalls and the fair and the entertainment.

We have seen some lovely feedback and photos online today and it has made all our hard work worth it.

We can't wait to do it all again next year!

We are so excited to see everyone enjoy our amazing stalls, brilliant entertainment and really get into the Christmas spirit!

WARE DICKENSIAN EVENING IS TOMORROW NIGHT!!!

It's almost the big day! Who's coming out to see us tomorrow evening?

We would like to quell some rumours we have heard floating about, we are still going ahead with Dickensian Evening even though it's supposed to rain! That didn't stop us last year and it won't this year either!!

Please come on down and support us, we have a great line up of entertainment, amazing stalls and delicious food, plus some funfair rides for all to enjoy!

We are so close to Dickensian Evening now!! Who else can't wait till Friday?!

Our next entertainment zone is Ware Drill Hall where you will also find lots of craft and small business stalls!

Entertainment on the night will be provided by and Twelve Tongues

We can't wait to see them all on the night!!

6 more sleeps till Dickensian Evening 2025!

Today we are announcing the line up of entertainment for both Leaside Church and St Mary's Church, two more of our multiple entertainment zones we have on the night (see out previous post for line ups for Tudor Square and upcoming posts for The High Street and Ware Drill Hall

Performing in Leaside Church is Sarah Ellen Hughes, and don't forget we have the judging for the costume competitions!!

And in St Mary's we have , and St Mary's church Choir!
