One more weekend of amazing art at Gravelly Barn, Braughing
Don't forget the Art Matters charity exhibition is on again this weekend from 10.30-5 Saturday and 10.30-4 on Sunday July 27-28
Just over 450 canvases on show and still many ready to buy at just £50 each. Here are just some of those to tempt you.
Tea, coffee and wine available on both days and plenty of free parking. All the money raised goes to charity.

OPENING FRIDAY
Art Matters 12-inch charity exhibition
July 19 -21 and July 27 -28 - 10.30-17.00
We've just hung almost 450 amazing canvases ready for the above show and it's almost time to come and see them - and hopefully buy to raise money for charity.
All the canvases have been created by local artists and will be on sale for just £50 each - the variety of subjects and mediums used will astound you.
Teas, coffees, cakes and Prosecco will be available on all days and there is free parking. The EJD Studio is in Gravelly Barn, Gravelly Lane, Braughing SG112RD.

Vision Matters @ Gravelly Barn



First of all, we hope that you and yours are all well - a year on from the first lockdown. May we soon return to some sort of normality.

As you know we had to postpone last year’s Vision Matters charity exhibition at Gravelly Barn because of the Covid restrictions.Thank you for your support and continued enthusiasm. We had hoped to hold the exhibition some time this year to showcase all the wonderful work we know many of you have already completed. We have a selection of completed work already, which are stored safely in our studio, waiting to be hung and sold.

Sadly, we have had to take the difficult decision to postpone again as there is currently so much uncertainty over future regulations and restrictions. We know that many of you will be as disappointed as we are, but we have to put first the safety and well-being of everyone involved.

At present we are looking at a date for May 2022. All dates, times, safety procedures and precautions will be confirmed.

All the money raised so far from the sale of canvases is ring-fenced in our charity account, and a decision has been made to give an initial cheque to each charity, with a final cheque after the actual exhibition. The charities are The Epping Breast Care Unit - for specific use for the mobile screening unit, BLISS and SANDS neonatal charities.

So please keep working on those canvases. We can’t wait to see them hung at the exhibition, as well as welcoming lots of visitors.

It's that time of year again and we've put together another wonderful show at Gravelly Barn. An inspirational collection of fine arts and gifts by local artists for Christmas. Gift ideas galore including paintings, jewellery, photography, prints, pottery, glass, decorations, a St Elizabeth's gift stall and much, much more.
All the money raised will go to Breast Cancer Now, Herts Welcomes Syrian Families and St Elizabeth's Centre.
Teas, coffees, cakes and seasonal refreshments available on all days.
Come along, bring your friends and family and pick up some perfect presents for Christmas.

CHOICE MATTERS AND LIVE MUSIC TODAY
Our charity art exhibition at Gravelly Barn continues today with a guest performance by Acid Reflux, supported by the Pickled Ukes, from 2.30pm. Come along and sing and dance to some great music. Plus a chance to see almost 400 canvases of amazing variety, for sale at £45 each. All the money raised goes to our 7 charities. Teas, coffees, wine and cakes available. The exhibition opens from 1030am to 5pm every day until Sunday June 3.
