Ware Brass Ware Brass has been making music in Hertfordshire for over 150 years.

The band has a busy schedule of concerts throughout the year, and are available for public and private bookings.

It was an absolute pleasure this afternoon to play a concert for the good people of Ware (and further afield!). What a lovely audience you all were, lots of picnics in progress and relaxing in the sun, children playing and birthday celebrations. We had several soloists performing today, and a trombone trio - here is a photo of the lovely Richard Sved playing the gorgeous tenor horn solo, Humble Hero.

Today concludes our summer programme of events, we are now focussing on preparing for a competition in November and I daren’t say it, but……..🎄🎅🙈

This year we are putting on a Christmas Spectacular - a concert for all the family (and there might even be a special guest……🎅). This will be on Saturday 12th December at Ware Drill Hall - more info soon!

We had a gorgeous afternoon yesterday in Ware Priory Gardens. ☀️Thank you to everyone who came along to listen, 🎶 it was great to see a packed lawn. It was lovely to see some of our friends from Ware’s twin town Cormeille en Parisis, 🇫🇷 who were visiting for the weekend to resign the Twinning pledge (hopefully we can arrange to visit them again soon!). Thanks to our fabulous Musical Director Jonathan Lockwood who put together the perfect summer afternoon programme, for those who missed it here are a few clips from the afternoon (more in the comments 👇), and you can catch us in the gardens again on Sunday 6th September.

No tickets required - bring a chair or rug, no tickets required, refreshments available to purchase.
