The Grange Players are seeking talented performers for our upcoming 75th Anniversary season-opener,
84 Charing Cross Road, directed by Sara Bissett.

We are currently casting the remaining two roles in this beautiful production. Whether you're a regular on our stage or looking to make your Grange debut, we want to hear from you!

👥 ROLES AVAILABLE

* Frank Doel (Playing age 40–50) – *The polite, professional London bookseller who develops a deep bond with Helene. Requires a British accent.

* Old Mr. Martin (Playing age 50s–60s) – A wonderful, warm character role within the bookshop's tight-knit staff.

* Mrs. Cecily Farr (30–50): Enthusiastic and energetic, she strikes up her own personal friendship with Helene.

This wonderful play is a dramatization of business letters between a young, struggling writer in New York and an antiquarian bookstore in London. Over a twenty-year period (1949–1969), these pages transform into a different kind of love letter—a shared passion for great literature, transatlantic friendship, and mutual gratitude.

As preparations are underway for our final show of the season, Love... Or Best Offer, we are excited to announce that we are also getting ready to celebrate our 75th Anniversary of The Grange Players with a collection of very special plays! You may recognise some of these, and for good reason, all of these productions have been performed previously by The Grange Players, and we loved them so much that they are making a return to help us celebrate this very special year! We can't wait to share another year of fantastic productions with you all 💕🎭
