Thank you to everybody who came to our concert today. Special thanks to 'the Sisters' and Dan, the Dance Band and our brand new ensemble (whose name I cannot recall!! Just been reminded - The Wandering Minstrels, sorry about that) and of course, you the audience. As Sheila usually says, without you it would be just another rehearsal🎵🎶

A couple of months ago we were contacted by the family of Arnold Garbett, a gentleman who was a violinist with our orchestra for many years. Sadly Arnold had died at the grand age of 97. The orchestra had been an important of Arnold's life and as a consequence his family and friends kindly made a very generous donation to the orchestra in his memory. We thank them so much and assure them that the money will be put to good use. There's a good chance that we will be expanding our repertoire in his memory, by buying some new music!

The orchestra would like to pass on our sincerest sympathy to Arnold's family and friends, and thank them so much for their generous donation.

Thank you to all you lovely people who came to our concert today. For those who couldn't make it, here is a short video of our special guests "No Direction". Who needs Harry Styles??

Our next concert is on 4th June at Walsall Arena in Hawbush Road , Walsall. Everyone is welcome to join us for an afternoon of music to suit all tastes.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our February concert yesterday. If you attend our concerts it would be great if you could take some photographs and send them to us on this site! Unfortunately, due to copyright restrictions only very short bursts of videos are allowed. Our next concert is on 2nd April - same place, same time!
