🎪 BunkFest is always a special one for us.

Taking place this weekend just down the road from our HQ in Wallingford, we’ve been involved with BunkFest for many years and are proud to continue supporting an event that gives so much back to the local community.

This year saw our new Vanta 12m stage at BunkFest, with extended wings and an increased stage height using a Layher base, helping take the scale and production of the festival another step forward.

But what makes BunkFest particularly important to us goes beyond the event itself. It gives young people the chance to get involved behind the scenes and discover careers in live events that they may never otherwise have considered.

Our very own Charlie had been involved with BunkFest since he was 10 before going on to join HTS Creative, and both Charlie and Max are great examples of how the festival can help introduce young people to the industry.

With BunkFest receiving the prestigious King's Award for Voluntary Service, it feels like the perfect time to recognise the incredible volunteers and community behind it.

We’re very proud to play our part.

🎶 What a weekend at Poole Harbour Festival! 🌊☀️

We were thrilled to be back on the Main Stage this year, delivering the structure, lighting, video and sound for an incredible weekend of live music.

The huge 16m x 14m Milos MR2K stage played host to an amazing lineup, including Kaiser Chiefs, Groove Armada, The Fratellis, Scouting for Girls, Heather Small and many more! 🎤

Behind the scenes, our team delivered:
💡 Lighting featuring Ayrton, Astera & Robe fixtures, controlled by our brand-new Avolites D9-215 console
🔊 Two hangs of d&b line array, powered and controlled via our Allen & Heath QU-15 Dante console and Dante network
🎥 Full video production to bring the action to the big screen

Another brilliant festival, another huge effort from our incredible team. 🙌

A massive thank you to everyone involved for all the hard work, long hours and teamwork that made it happen. We had an amazing weekend and can't wait to be back next year! 🎪✨

The warehouse is packed, the office is busy, and the event schedule isn't slowing down anytime soon. 😅

This week alone, the team is supporting three festivals, with plenty more events still to come throughout the summer. 🎪

Looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?

HTS Creative is looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Office Administrator to support our busy event production business. You'll work closely with our operations, project management and hire teams, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes of live events across the UK.

What you'll be doing:

🔹 Supporting day-to-day office administration and customer enquiries

🔹 Assisting with project paperwork, bookings and company systems

🔹 Helping coordinate freelancers, suppliers and internal processes

🔹 Supporting marketing activities, client communications and business administration

🔹 Being part of a friendly team that delivers everything from conferences and theatre productions to festivals and large-scale public events

No events industry experience is required. We're far more interested in someone who is organised, eager to learn, takes pride in the details and enjoys helping others succeed.

This role would suit someone looking to build a long-term career in a growing business, whether you're returning to work, seeking a new challenge or developing your administrative skills.

WE’RE HIRING — Summer Warehouse & Onsite Assistant 🔧🎪
Fancy a summer where you’re not stuck behind a desk?
HTS Creative is looking for a hardworking, hands-on person to join our team this summer — working in our warehouse and getting stuck into live events on the road.
What you’ll be doing:
🔹 4 days a week in the warehouse — prepping, testing and maintaining sound, lighting, AV and staging kit
🔹 1 day a week (on average) onsite at real events, working alongside our senior engineers
No experience needed — full training given. What we DO need is someone reliable, a team player, and genuinely interested in how live events come together behind the scenes.
The best bit? Show us you’ve got what it takes over the summer, and there’s a genuine route into a full apprenticeship with us at the end of it.

📺Something exciting has landed at Henley Theatre Services...

We've invested in a brand-new Absen PL 3.9 V2 LED screen system, adding even more capability to our technical production and event services.

Launching with an initial 40m² package, we're ready to support everything from conferences and awards ceremonies, to festivals, live events, and productions of all sizes.

We're excited to see where this takes us and can't wait to get it out on site.
