🏛️ 115 years of celebration — and a new chapter begins.
When Wallasey Masonic Hall opened in 1911, the magnificent Corinthian Suite quickly became the setting for Masonic banquets, Festive Boards, Ladies’ Nights, celebrations and special occasions.
For more than a century, generations have gathered beneath its ornate Edwardian ceiling to dine, toast friendships and mark important moments in their lives.
And now, in 2026, the Corinthian Suite begins a new chapter.
For the first time, we’re opening up more of the Hall’s unique hospitality experience for your celebrations too.

There are plenty of modern function rooms around Wirral — but very few where your guests can celebrate in surroundings with 115 years of history, character and occasion.
The Corinthian Suite combines the grandeur of an Edwardian building with the warmth of traditional Masonic hospitality: a beautiful room, proper food, a well-stocked bar and the feeling that your event is taking place somewhere genuinely special.
As part of Wirral Heritage Open Day, we’ll be opening Wallasey Masonic Hall for visitors to explore on:
📅 Sunday 20th September
🕛 12 noon–4pm
📍 Wallasey Masonic Hall, Manor Road, Wallasey CH45 7LU
Come and see the Corinthian Suite in person, discover its history — and perhaps imagine your own celebration taking place here.
Some buildings preserve history. We’d rather keep making it.
