We are absolutely thrilled to announce that the legendary Juliet Gellatley (Viva!) is joining the speaker lineup for Vegan Camp Out! 🙌🌱

If you don't know Juliet, she is a powerhouse in the animal rights movement. As the founder of Viva!, she has been at the forefront of fighting for the animals for decades. From exposing major factory farms to producing the hard-hitting Netflix documentary Hogwood: A Modern Horror Story, Juliet’s work has literally changed supermarket policies and saved countless lives.
With degrees in zoology, psychology and nutritional therapy, she brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and incredible stories from the frontlines of activism and undercover investigations. Trust us, you do not want to miss her talk!

Akala is a BAFTA and MOBO award-winning artist, Sunday Times bestselling author, historian and social entrepreneur. While continuing to perform stellar live shows globally, he is also known for his compelling lectures and journalism (The Guardian, Huff Post, Oxford Union, TEDx & The Independent) and as an accomplished broadcaster, fronting Poetry: Between the Lines (BBC), Akala’s Odyssey (BBC Four), and Akala Presents: The Ruins of Empire (BBC Two) via his production company Immovable Studios. Pivoting from hip-hop artist to novelist to screenwriter, he is fast gaining a reputation as one of the world’s most dynamic literary talents.
