🗣️ "We sing at the Light Up a Life service every year and we also sing carols and Christmas songs in the pubs of Sandal/Newmillerdam for Wakefield Hospice.

"Many people in choir have been touched by the work of the hospice and we are always happy to raise funds to support the amazing work that you do.

"We just thought we'd take an opportunity to raise some extra money but this time not using our voices!" 💚🎼

Let's give a big Wakefield Hospice round of applause to our fabulous friends The Rodillian Singers, who will be trading their microphones for running shoes this Saturday when they take on the Wakefield Hospice 5K Night Run! 👏

The choir have already raised almost £1800, amazing work everyone thank you for your incredible support, see you on the start line this weekend!

Such a great cause!

At Tuesday’s Tea & Tunes we were joined by Pam, Ingrid and Julie from the fabulous The Rodillian Singers!! Their generosity and kindness has blown me away! They came to hand over a whopping £206 to Wrenthorpe Methodist Church, funds that they raised from the raffle at their recent concert in May. These vital funds will keep supporting our wonderful community singing sessions that take place every month. Thank you all so much for the incredible support you continue to give to us!
