Huge congratulations to Judi Alston and Andy Campbell on their return from SONA 2026 and on winning the festival’s first-ever Award for History and Heritage Immersive Storytelling.

Their immersive project Triptych spanning Revealed: The Pit Camp, Triptych, and Rollerbird made a powerful impact at the festival, connecting audiences in Pittsburgh with the stories and legacy of the 1984/85 Miners’ Strike.

Judi and Andy also shared their creative process in a talk and joined global conversations on the future of immersive storytelling, building new relationships across film, games, and emerging tech.

A brilliant achievement and a well‑deserved recognition of their commitment to community, memory, and working‑class histories.
