Mid Summer is here but planning is already well under way for your next amazing Verwood pantomime.

Those of you who have supported Verwood Pantomime Society for many years may remember Martin, a very popular cast member who has gone onto a professional entertainment career even winning a family entertainer of the year award. You may even have gone to school with him at VFS, EMS or FUS.
Saturday June 6th at 2pm is your opportunity to see his unique, family, theatre show at the Verwood Hub. Suitable for all ages. Click here for tickets.

Last night Verwood Pantomime society proudly presented our After show collection cheque for £1750 to Rachel Bodger-Wood who collected it on behalf of Gully’s Place.

Gully’s Place is part of the University Hospitals Dorset NHS Charity, which supports children and young people with life-limiting conditions through providing a private space for them and their families from diagnosis right through to bereavement support. We chose Gully’s place as it had been set up by the mother of our good friend and talented technician Mark Bodger who sadly passed away last year.

We would like to thank our audiences for their generosity.

Winner of our Terry Stevens memorial award for outstanding contribution this year is Jake Love our scarecrow in the Wonderful Wizard Of Oz. A very well deserved award. Well done Jake.
