The waiting is over. You can now see exactly who’s playing where and when across the weekend which means it’s officially time to start planning your Big Love weekender!

Whether you’re mapping out a carefully crafted schedule or fully embracing the art of wandering between stages and discovering something unexpected, there’s an incredible weekend of music, circus, cabaret, workshops and mischief waiting for you.

And if you’ve been waiting to see the splits before committing, now’s your chance. Day tickets are available for Saturday & Sunday or Sunday only, making it easier than ever to join us for a slice of the Big Love magic 🫶

The Great Scott stage is back for 2026 💚

Created in memory of our dear friend Big Scott Travers, this stage is all about celebrating the kind of grassroots talent he championed so fiercely.

Scott had an incredible ear for original music and spent years supporting emerging artists across South Wales and beyond - giving people a platform, backing their talent and always showing up with kindness, enthusiasm and belief.

We’re so proud to continue that spirit with this year’s Great Scott lineup, and we can’t wait to see the likes of Captain Accident and the Disasters, The Brwmys , Joe Kelly and the Royal Pharmacy, Katie Rands Dave Morris and the Knock, Monkjack and many more take to the stage across the weekend!

Here’s to great music, new discoveries and keeping Scott’s legacy alive in the best way we know how 🫶

From Pirate Taxi and One Truck Pony Circus to Moulin Bouge, Widow’s Rock n Rollium, Stephanie Definitely Reads Your Fortune and all the weird and wonderful bits in between, Big Love 2026 is shaping up to be full of joyful absurdity, beautiful surprises and the kind of moments you definitely weren’t expecting to find in a field in Wales!

A reminder of our lovely little theme this year!

A Decade of Dancing - we want to see you bringing your favourite dance era to the fields, from 20s flapper dresses to 70s disco, 90s rave fits and everything in between🕺

And when it comes to putting your look together, let’s do it the Big Love way: charity shops, vintage gems, swaps, hand-me-downs and second-hand treasures. The best outfits always have a bit of history and a lot more personality!

So dig through the rails, get creative and give something fabulous a second life 🫶

Big Lovers through the ages ⏳

From 2016 right through to now, one thing has always made Big Love what it is… you lot.

The dancers, the dressers-up, the first-timers, the regulars, the families, the old friends and the new ones made in the field.

Every year brings a different cast of wonderful faces, but the spirit stays the same.

Looking back through the archives, it’s pretty clear: Big Love has always been full of absolute legends.

Here’s to all of you who’ve helped shape the last decade of magic!

S is for… Stu Housley 💜

One of Big Love’s co-founders and main organisers.

Sadly 2026 will be our first Big Love without Stu, as he passed away just after last year’s festival, following a short illness.

Although Stu worked tirelessly on developing Big Love for nine years, he never paid himself a penny. His motivation was the challenge of putting on a great party on a shoestring budget without compromising on quality, and his reward was seeing a diverse range of people coming together for a celebration of creativity and togetherness.

Stu loved the technical challenges of running the festival, and could turn his hand to almost anything, whether it was sound systems, lighting, plumbing or engineering. Whatever the problem, he could always come up with a solution.

He was also one of the kindest, most generous people you could ever hope to meet, always going out of his way to help others.

Although Stu truly was irreplaceable, we are delighted that his wife and daughter have now become involved in shaping the festival too.

Without Stu, there would be no Big Love Festival. We dearly wish he were still here to celebrate the event’s tenth birthday this July. As we gather together once again, we hope Big Love continues to grow as a fitting legacy to a wonderful and much missed son, husband, father, friend, and the spirit behind so much of what makes Big Love special! 🫶
