We're honored to welcome **Konscious Kuisine** to our Food Court - a plant-based food venture rooted in the belief that food should nourish both body and spirit.

Founded by Ardavan, the brand bridges conscious nutrition with intentional food preparation — drawing on indigenous traditions and a deep respect for the natural world 🌍

At its core, Konscious Kuisine offers a range of wild-harvested sea moss gel products, sourced from Peru and crafted in thoughtful flavour combinations including cacao & cinnamon, rose, and citrus. A sea moss capsule supplement line is also in development, expanding the brand's wellness offering.

Beyond products, Konscious Kuisine shows up in community — at festivals, wellness events, and through an active wellness group — bringing conscious food directly to the people. The stall experience is as much about connection and culture as it is about what's on the plate. 💚
