The Trustees of the APOA are very sad to learn of the death of one-time organist of Alexander Palace - David Liddle. He was blind from the age of 12 but performed magnificently on the instrument he loved. He leaves behind a legacy of recordings which demonstrates his prowess as a consummate artist. Including a recoding of the music of another famous blind organist - Alfred Hollins, which David recorded at Hull City Hall. May he Rest In Peace.
