🍾 October marks Ten Years of Country Mile Productions! 🍾

We started life as a little, one-off charity mixed-bill gig in Earls Court in 2016, and since then we’ve grown to an award-winning, multimedia production company, working with with over 300 comedians over the last decade on huge shows, tours, albums, films & more.

We’re so incredibly grateful for all of these incredible acts that we’ve worked with over the last 10 years, to everyone we’ve worked with off-stage, and to anyone who’s ever come along to a show!

Here’s to at least 10 more 🙏

The poster for the first ever Country Mile Comedy Club (which isn’t actually the final line-up of that gig, but we forgot to amend the poster at the time). October 10 2016 in Earls Court. Designed by Natalie Price.

We forgot to take any actual photos at our first gig, so here are 2 from the *second* gig, in December 2016, of headliner Liam Williams and MCs Two Plus Ones.

January 2017, our 3rd gig, and our first at The Star of Kings, our home for almost 8 years, headlined by Felicity Ward.

Our first production - Britney: Yikes!, a work-in-progress run at a socially-distanced Soho Theatre in August 2021.

Picnic at the Palace, a series of socially-distanced outdoor mixed-bill gigs at Blenheim Palace, in 2020.

Our first full production: One-Woman Show: Written and performed by Liz Kingsman, at VAULT Festival 2020, The Pleasance Theatre May 2021, Soho Theatre October 2021 & January-February 2021, Edinburgh Fringe (Traverse) 2022, before runs on the West End, Off-Broadway, Melbourne Comedy Festival and Sydney Opera House. Our first Edinburgh Comedy Award nomination. The incredible director, Adam Brace, is missed hugely every day.

Our second Edinburgh Fringe, 2023, and an amazing Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Show nomination for Ania Magliano: I Can’t Believe You’ve Done This.

We were very proud that Lorna Rose Treen “killed comedy” according to The Sun, when she won Dave’s Funniest Joke of the Fringe in 2023.

Our huge Jazz Emu’s Pleasure Garden Deluxe standing-room gig at Clapham Grand in December 2024, with an amazing line-up featuring Joe Lycett, Emma Sidi, Flo & Joan and Toussaint Douglass, with live band Th

🧡🧡 And that’s a wrap on Country Mile’s 2026!! 🧡🧡

A huge thank you to everyone who was a part of our biggest Fringe to date - it’s now 10 years since our little company started, and we couldn’t do any of this without the hard work, love and support of countless people. This year we brought 18 shows to the Fringe (thats a *lot* of team photos). We had sell-out shows across the month with incredible audiences and reviews, sold over 31,000 tickets, got multiple award nominations, and most importantly, helped to make shows that we are incredibly proud of. We are very lucky and grateful to work such incredible artists. Thank you to all the brilliant technicians, designers, directors, our amazing production team, street team, PRs, agents, the superb venue staff, and to anyone who bought a ticket! It’s been a fantastic month and we’ll be back again next year 👀

Head to the link in our bio to sign up for our mailing list - and to grab tickets for all shows going on tour / to London over the next few months! 🙏🙏🧡🧡

💛 And that’s a wrap on Ahir Shah: Golden! 💛

We’ve been such huge fans of Ahir Shah for a long time, so it’s a real honour to get to work with him on his biggest Fringe yet - a completely sold out run, plus 4 extra shows. Some interesting lighting on this one - but a huge thank you to , Julien Matthews, Jack Butler, and everyone at The Pleasance! 🙏💛
