I have a confession...
Life has not been all ch*****ne and roses in our house over the past few months. It's been a run of set backs, health worrries, financial knocks and generally kicks in the proverbial dick.
Summer is always a juggle but this year even more so with a toddler and teen who don't like to do any of the same things, my hormones deciding they've had enough and planning a cou by making my brain just stop working, crying at nothing and giving me hot flashes whilst in the hottest summer since records began.
And just to add to the chaos my already poorly MIL decided to break her hip whilst away on our 'holiday' which means more care and more drs and hospital appointments are necessary and very little 'holiday' was had.
Did I also tell you we're down to one car and it's none of the cars we owned 3 months ago?
So...as I said...sh*t.
I say this not for pity, but for a bit of help.
As you know if you follow this page I help people declutter and reorganise their homes. Not just for aesthetic purposes but also to help calm the mind, help your productivity and lift your general wellbeing and if you've been thinking about having a chat with me about this my inbox is always open!
I am also now releasing some body doubling sessions through out the week as I have realised in my 6 years doing this that sometimes some people just need someone there. Someone to hold them to account. Someone to keep them going when they would've given up if doing it on their own.
I am starting a group online session on a Tuesday at 9.30am. So whether you are working and need some focus time to get that awful thing done or whether you're not working and need to fill out some forms or make some calls this is the time and place to GET IT DONE for the same price as a pretty bog standard coffee in Costa.
I will also be offering face to face sessions shortly.
