Blank Peng is making a serious mark on the UK comedy circuit. In 2026 she made her QI debut, appearing alongside Sandi Toksvig, Alan Davies, Rhod Gilbert and Sara Pascoe. She has also appeared in Channel 4’s A Comedy Thing.

We've just seen Lindsey Santoro on the debut of her Fringe run and can confirm she is in the form of her life! 🔥

Was hard to see her properly this far back though! 😂

If you've not discovered Lindsey yet, her last Edinburgh show Pink Tinge was nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best Newcomer and won NextUp's Biggest Award in Comedy — so we're not the only ones who think she's bloody brilliant.

The Guardian praised her “gift for getting the audience onside” and said her comedy had “‘popular’ written all over it”, while Chortle reckoned if Sarah Millican isn't b***y enough for you, Lindsey is the woman to see. Fest praised her as a “natural storyteller” and said the show was “a solid hour of fun in reliably great company.”

And somehow, on the evidence of this week, she's got even better.

Her brand-new show It Was Like That When I Got Here has only just begun its Fringe run, so GO AND SEE HER IN EDINBURGH while you can — she's at Monkey Barrel Comedy, Cabaret Voltaire until 30 August.

Tell us how you felt about it below! As truly, with no word of a lie, we say once again, that was the best one yet!

Just pure, electric comedy energy all night long! Thank you to our rammed audience for being the absolute best and to our acts for being unbelievably class.
Matt Reed, Hannah Platt, John Robertson, Phil Ellis and a special shout to George for being such a good sport.
Not forgetting the brilliant Coro staff and security from Event Sentinel. All excellent!

Sept 25th at the Coro now onsale and almost half the tables have already gone in less than 24 hours! November 7th in Bowness is doing well also! Thank you so so much. We love you!
