At We are All Trees this year!

Hi, I’m Diane Fairhurst-Kirk: I’m a meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner and laughter yoga facilitator. Those are my ‘qualifications’ but my work comes from a deep connection with nature, love and compassion for all beings who live on this earth and a desire to create and be part of a loving and caring community. Over the years I have come to love Fell Foot wood and the community that gathers here deeply, and my offerings reflect a desire to bring that deep connection to us all. This year I will be offering a ‘Journaling Journey’ Session where we work with a beautiful guided visualisation, readings and poetry to access our inner wisdom, listen to our authentic selves, and journal on what guidance comes up for us. ( bring something to write on or with if you have it, but I will have some paper and pencils) I will also be running a Summer Solstice ‘Four Gifts’ Guided visualisation and meditation in the atmospheric Yew Tree Grove, and ‘Woodland Voices’ with Ayesha Miller, where we take you on a gentle and mindful walk around the woodland, singing to the land, the water and the trees. All practices designed to open your heart and bring joy, beauty, purpose, contentment and peace into your lives! ( as well as fun and a little mischief!) Looking forward to connecting with you all! ❤️❤️
