New course starting Weds 3rd June!

Our current Silver Swans class has proved so popular we have started a new class! 🩰

Silver Swans is a programme specifically designed by the Royal Academy of Dance for older learners. It is a ballet class for the over ‘55’s designed to help with posture, strength and balance as well as enjoyment of dance and movement.

Classes are at Isfield Village Hall on Wednesday mornings at 11.30am.
