For the 13th successive year, Father Christmas in Kent is providing the ultimate meeting between Father Christmas and families accross the Southeast and capturing those priceless moments between a child and Father Christmas. We pride ourselves on having one of the most authentic Father Christmas experiences in Kent which has progressed and expanded this year due to the Covid-19 restrictions for us

to offer the first ever Home Visit in the UK. Father Christmas will be available to visit as many homes as possible subject to his availability throughout November and December 2020 until he leaves to go on his journey around the World on Christmas Eve.

Dearest friends, families and all the children of the world, some good news for you all. Father Christmas is back on the road!

If you would like a special visit from jolly old Father Christmas at your home before Christmas Eve, please send an email to [email protected] or send a message.

This year we hope to cover:

• Tonbridge & Surrounding areas
• Bromley & Surrounding areas
• Dartford & Surrounding areas
• Maidstone & Surrounding areas
• Medway Towns & Surrounding areas
• East Sussex & Surrounding areas

For others who do not know the format and how we work, please state your town or area and we will send you more information to that specific area route if we can cover it.

3-hour time slot windows for 15 minute personal visits will be as follows:

09:30 – 12:30, 11:30 – 14:30, 13:30 – 16:30, 15:30 – 18:30

A MESSAGE FROM FATHER

Hello everyone from your rather sad Father Christmas.

I was so looking forward to seeing all my little friends and grownups again this year, and make more Christmas magic to help your dreams and wishes come true, but instead I write with a heavy heart, as I won't be able to be at Calverley Grounds, Tunbridge Wells this year. (2023)

There are lots of practical reasons for this, and despite working so very hard, my Chief Elf Dazzle can't make it work this year either.

I will not be doing any virtual reality shenanigans with my sleigh personally but some may want to copy my presence but everyone knows who I am, Iam FATHER CHRISTMAS.

However, don't worry as of course, I'll still be seeing you all at Christmas when we bring all your presents, but seeing my special friends in the days before has always been so very, very important to me and I shall miss it very much.

And now for some good news, we can still bring Father Christmas to you, so if you would like a special visit from jolly old Father Christmas at your home, just ask Dazzle, he will be sending an message to you all very, very soon.

We want to come and see as many of my friends as we can before we jet off on Christmas Eve with all my wonderful reindeer. (for obvious reasons, ha ha)

Father Christmas in Kent is unsure where to go this year as he has no temporary home as yet in Tunbridge Wells.

He will not be back at Tunbridge Wells Ice rink for this year. Father Christmas believes Home visits and maybe street visits in and around Tunbridge Wells are the most likely only alternative.

'Father Christmas in Kent' has won its TWBC tender to bring this amazing, magical and authentic Christmas experience back to Tunbridge Wells ice rink for the 2021 season.

Tickets are already on sale to families as interest is high to bring warmeth and light at the end of a gloomy Covid period so looking to Christmas early is the only way to smooth minds and feelings.
