We have two new yarns now in stock!
Rico soft alpaca, a snuggly soft 50g double knit yarn made from a blend of 60% acrylic, 20% alpaca and 20% wool, ideal for warm winter knits.
Rico Socks Bamboo Norwegian Style is a self striping 100g 4ply yarn made from a blend of 50% virgin wool, 25% polyamide and 25% viscose (bamboo), one ball makes a pair of soft and breathable socks that will keep your feet warm and comfortable all day long.

Our Stitch Together social club has got off to a great start here at Fabric Magic!
If you're looking for somewhere to meet likeminded creative people while sewing, knitting, crocheting or any other crafty hobby, then come and join us. The group meets every Thursday and Saturday upstairs in Fabric Magic from 10:30am until 12:30pm with a £5 entry fee and a 10% discount on any purchases made on the day (max £100 purchase). Tea and coffee will be provided.

Now the weather is getting cooler, we're turning our attention from light cottons and linens to comfy jersey and stretch knit fabrics.
These soft and versatile fabrics can be used to make a wide variety of clothes, from comfy pajamas and loungewear, to smart officewear and pretty party dresses.
Stretch fabric means less darts and fiddly pattern pieces are required for a good fit, making outfits quicker and easier to sew!
