Most overwhelm isn't a workload problem.
It's a clarity problem.
When everything feels urgent, when the to-do list never gets shorter, when you're working hard and still feeling behind — the instinct is to push harder.
But pushing harder into confusion just creates more confusion.
What actually helps is stepping back.
Not to do less — but to see more clearly.
When you get clear on what actually matters, something shifts. The list gets shorter not because you did more — but because you can finally see what doesn't need to be on it at all.
That's where I always start with clients.
Not with a new strategy. Not with more tools.
With clarity.
Because when you can see things properly, the next step becomes obvious.
