It's the last ever TredFest and we are going out with a bang! We are bringing back some old favourites and some new favourites to help us head off into the sunset. Get your tickets here: https://link.dice.fm/z03dba9630e0

Your Main Stage headliners are Bristol's Mother Vulture coming back to the right side of the Severn Bridge after opening for Airbourne at the Tramshed.

Joining them, and back for their 3rd TredFest appearance, are Henry's Funeral Shoe.

We also have Joyce, the new project of ex Future of the Left guitarist and Running Punk, Jimmy Watkins, Newport's quiet grrrls of riot grrrl, Murder Club, and opening the day, pop-punkers Matt Kiano.

Headlining the Second Stage, and back for the second time, are electro-art-synth-punks Head Noise.

Joining them are The Skeleton Cage, Dan Lambert of Johnny Cage & The Voodoogroove's new solo project, Katielou will be making her TredFest debut, and opening, and another member of the third time club, is Bryony Sier Music.

We will be bringing you the lineup and ticket details for the last ever TredFest tomorrow. As it's the last one ever we are going to be bringing back a few of our old favourites as well as some brand new favourites for you to enjoy.

On 9th October 2010 we held the first ever “TredFest” upstairs in the Rhyd Hall in Tredegar. Technically, it wasn’t called TredFest then. It was called “Oxjam Rocks the Rhyd”, tickets were £3 on the door, 4 bands played to around 80 people and it raised around £450 for Oxfam. A modest success.

16 years and 1 day later, we are going to be doing it again for the final time. 9 acts playing back to back on 2 stages at Venue 1 on 10th October 2026.

By the end of that night, we will have promoted at least 130 different bands, artists, and performers. This includes Mercury Prize nominees, Welsh Music Prize winners, national and international headline touring acts, as well as many, many local acts.

We will have held events in 8 different venues throughout Tredegar (and 1 in Newport), 2 of which (and 1 in Newport) no longer exist – including the Rhyd Hall where it all began.

We will be announcing the lineup and releasing tickets this Monday.
