🎤 Want to be part of a live show made with and for young people at Waterside’s Refract Festival this July?

Zest Theatre is looking for up to 15 young people aged 13–20 to join Sound Board – a fast-moving, funny, honest and totally unique live experience.

You’ll need to be available for the following:
Rehearsals
📅 Monday 20 & Tue 21 July from 16:00 – 19:00
📍 The Chambers, Waterside
Performances
📅 Wed 22 & Thu 23 Jul at 13:00, 14:30 & 16:00
📍 Waterside Plaza, Sale

Part chat show, part game, part performance – Sound Board is packed with quick-fire challenges, big conversations, unexpected moments and real opinions from young people on stage.

No acting experience needed. Just bring yourself, your opinions, and your energy.

As a Youth Host, you’ll perform alongside Zest’s professional team and help make the show feel truly connected to the festival.

You’ll:

Young people will explore writing and performance, develop their ideas and build confidence in sharing their work - no experience is needed at all.
