Kalithea Cats, Rhodes 🐱
I have never seen so many cats together in my life!! It was one of my favourite experiences ever!!!
Sadly Rhodes was hit by a storm recently. The cats are ok! But the station was affected :( check them out on ways to help.
Just some information about it:
This is not a shelter. The cats are taken care of whilst being free in the area or Kallithea. They help get as many cats neutered/spayed, reducing the numbers of unwanted kittens born each season, and ensuring a healthier adult cat population.
They feed the cats, do routine treatments and care for ill or injured animals and try find homes for them.
These amazing people do this in their spare time with no state funding or assistance, they fully depend on donations.
