This one hits hard. To mark the passing of the incredible James Van Der Beek, I wanted to share something I’ve been working on since late last year, around the time of the live cast reading.

For many of us, he’ll always be Dawson, the Spielberg-obsessed eternal dreamer. When the show first aired back in ’98, it had a profound, lasting impact on me and remains with me to this day. Plus, it was created by the one and only Kevin Williamson!

This has been a real passion project, something I’ve always wanted to do but was afraid I wouldn’t be able to do it justice. I really wanted to capture that late 90s vibe. So here’s my tribute to the awesome Dawson’s Creek… you’ll always hold a special place in my heart.
