After much consideration due to lack of entries and cost of using the Acorn Centre we have had to make the decision of either cancelling the round or moving it to another venue.

Mendip have stepped in and offered to help and will now host Round 1 of 2wd

If you have entered and cannot make Mendip please Contact Jamie Davies and he will arrange a refund.

Hope you can all make it to race at the last ever regional at the current Venue and also it can be some extra practice for the Vintage Nationals that now are running modern cars class .

Front Tyres: Any commercially available.

Rear Tyres: Schumacher Mezzo (any compound) or Ballistic Buggy Mini spikes (any compound).

Race Format

Practice: 2 rounds of timed practice (3 or 4 minutes each, depending on entry numbers).

Qualifying: 4 rounds of qualifying, with the best 2 rounds to count (heats run for 5 minutes).

Finals: 3 leg final for A main drivers (5 minutes).Single leg final for all other finals

Hi everyone due to an issue with the hall October date has been cancelled, very sorry about this but there is nothing as a club we can do.

My proposal for controlled tyres for the rear is this,
2wd & 4wd - Schumacher Azami Yellow compound.
Vintage - Azami, Cactus or Full Spike.
Trucks - Open to suggestions??

Unfortunately this affects us, Round 2 in November is cancelled!

Hi all for round 1 it will be Cactus only as the rear control tyre.
After we have had time to review the new Azami tyre we may change or open up to have both as control tyres from round 2 onwards.
