Surprise: You don't need gorilla hands to climb V5+.

🎯 THE MYTH
"I'm not strong enough" = usually a grip technique problem, not a strength problem.

📍 THE FIX
✅ Crimp vs. jug vs. sloper—each hold needs a different grip
✅ Relax your shoulders (tension = wasted energy)
✅ Grip with your fingers, not your whole hand
✅ Engage your core, not just your arms

💡 WHY IT MATTERS
Smart grip = less injury risk + climb longer sessions + progress faster.

Pro tip: Watch your hands on easier problems first. Once you nail technique on V0–V2, harder grades come naturally.
