We’re coming back! ✨

The chaos has calmed down just a little… so we’re getting ready to open our doors again! 🥹💛

From September, we’ll be back every Friday at the Courtenay Centre and I honestly cannot wait to welcome you all back. 🥰

But there’s an extra special reason I’m even more excited this time… my little boy will be joining in too! 🥹💙

We’re busy getting everything ready, so watch this space for dates, times and booking information coming very soon! 👀✨

Hello everyone 👋

I’m so sorry for the radio silence.
In all honestly I thought I would have been back by now BUT life hasn’t been very straight forward.

Unfortunately, our little man has had a few little issues going on. It started with prolonged jaundice and an infection which landed us a 3 day stay in hospital - with our history, this knocked me for six but after a LOT of tests, scans, bloods being taken and the hospital getting opinions from Birmingham Children’s we are nearly in the all clear of all liver and metabolic conditions. We are just waiting on 1 more set of results to come back.

On top of all of this, he hasn’t been growing 😔 we are still under 11lb at nearly 4 months old. This has meant I’ve been backwards and forwards to the hospital and the health visitors every single week.

I would hate to book a session in and then have to cancel. So whilst everything is up in the air still, I am sadly still going hold fire on the sessions.

I hope to see you all soon x

I’ve been a bit MIA for quite sometime but I think I have a bit of an excuse 👶

We’ve been in a newborn bubble 🫧

Our baby boy was born on the 15th January and to say labour was horrendous would be an understatement (I’ve been told that quite often 3rd babies are the awkward ones). Unfortunately, I had to have an emergency csection and I totally underestimated the recovery 😳😭

Hey lovely people,

Just a gentle note ahead of our Christmas session tomorrow. If you or your little one are feeling unwell in any way, we kindly ask that you don’t attend this session. We’ll have lots of babies with delicate immune systems, some vulnerable families joining us, and I’m also heavily pregnant, with Christmas so close, we’d hate for anyone to become poorly right before the festivities.

We completely understand how disappointing it can be to miss out, but everyone’s health and wellbeing is our top priority. Thank you so much for your understanding and for helping us keep our sessions safe for everyone 🎄🫶

Hello everyone 👋

I’m so sorry for being a little quiet on here lately. If im honest, pregnancy brain and exhaustion, along with everything else, has definitely caught up with me, and I just haven’t had the capacity to post as much as I’d like.

With that said, I now only have two Fridays left before I head off on maternity leave for a little while 🍼

Our sessions over the next couple of weeks are filling up very quickly, so please do book your spot as soon as possible if you’d like to join us🫶
