IDTA Theatre examinations: Saturday 11th & Monday 13th July 2026.

Examination invites were sent out before the half term break. We are using new software - please check your junk emails ([email protected]).

There will also be alternative bank details for events payments only - please check your invite for details. If you’re unsure whether your child has been entered or have not received your invite, please speak to your class teacher.

There may be some troubleshooting as we set up our new process. We can only apologise for this.

You will receive a confirmation once payment has been made. If you do not receive a confirmation, please speak to your teacher or contact Mary on 07581618653/[email protected]

Examination closing date: Tuesday 30th June 2026. No entries will be accepted after this time.

DC DANCE: CARNIVAL 2026 😎

Students are to wear either their DC uniform or 80’s theme (bright colours, leg warmers, head bands, crimped hair etc. The wilder the better!).

Parade starts from Sanworth Street at 12:30pm. We will meet here at 12pm ⏰

10:15am class will run as normal. Students who are participating can walk to the site with their allocated chaperone after their lesson. If students are staying with us, please send them with lunch to eat before we leave and minimal belongings (no dance shoes required next week). Hats etc may be required weather dependent. Please send appropriate clothing and footwear and a bag that the students can carry.

11:15am class to start at 10:15am-11:45am to then leave for the parade.

All other classes remain the same.

All students unable to participate can be collected after their lesson as normal (11:45am prompt).

At the meeting point, please register your arrival with Mary who will take an emergency contact number for the day and allocate you to the correct group. After our performance, students will then be collected from their group on the park - students are not to be collected without signing out from their chaperone.

If possible, please send contact details of the person collecting on the day to Mary prior to the event (number below). This will help organisation on the day.
