🎶 What a lovely evening singing with the fabulous Take Note, A Community Choir last night, in aid of the Sing Yourself Well CIC. Hopefully a lot of funds were raised to keep Katy Baker & Abi Pring busy doing their great work 👏👍

🎶 Happy new year - where did that Christmas break go to?

We return tomorrow night (Friday 9th January) for the new term and will run the Beatles-themed evening that we’d planned for last term. Non-members are more than welcome to come along & give us a try - just let us know 👍

Have you ever thought about joining a singing group? Our friendly rehearsals on Fridays in term time (7.30-9.30pm at Halberton Village Hall) are a great way to unwind at the end of the week, especially with the nights drawing in. There are no auditions to join our sociable group - your first 4 regular rehearsals are free with absolutely no obligation! 🎶🎄On Saturday evening, we performed a wide range of Christmas music at The Waterloo Cross Inn - we hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did!

Our plan to host a Beatles-themed meeting on Friday 19th has had to be postponed to the new year. This means that Saturday night was actually a fitting full stop to our 2025 programme with no more rehearsals to come.

We’ll resume for 2026 at 7.30pm on Friday 9th January at Halberton Village Hall - perhaps we’ll see you there? Meanwhile, we wish you all a very merry Christmas & a peaceful and happy 2026🎄🎶
