She’s finally finished! Was it worth the wait? I think so, I love Pip’s serious expression and soulful eyes. Such a beauty and a pleasure to draw.

Soooo nearly finished my latest portrait, but while you’re waiting for that reveal, here is beautiful Zara, a throwback to last Christmas ❤️

I’ve decided not to take on any more Christmas commissions this year - an extended, incredibly busy period at work means I don’t have as much time as I’d like to draw right now, and I am desperate to do a few projects for myself that have been at the back of the queue for over a year now. I’ll look forward to sharing a few different subjects towards the end of this year and into next 😁

Drawing progress has been slow over the Summer as I’ve been prioritising time with the kids. In lieu of the next completed commission (which is on its way), this from last year in memory of Miles who passed away during the holidays - at 15, he was an old man, but is sorely missed 🌈 ❤️

Am working on a gorgeous Boxer at the moment and can’t wait for the big reveal! In the meantime, here is beautiful Sheba I drew last year, I never get tired of looking at her! ❤️

One Heron for my son’s Heron’s class teacher - fun to draw something a bit different! 😁

Last year I drew this for my son’s teacher as an end of year gift. (He was in Puffins class) I’ve set an expectation now and both kids want one for their teachers this year. A Heron and a Kestrel it is then! Only 4 weeks to go… have I left enough time?? 😬
