On this day in 2013 we launched the very first FitSteps class! ♥️

What started with one class has grown into a movement built on health, community, and the power of dance to transform lives.

For over a decade, you’ve been singing, smiling, sweating, and dancing yourself fit and happy with FitSteps and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Here’s to healthy hearts, happy faces, stronger communities, and many more years of dancing for our health.

Happy New Year everyone.
FitSteps, dance-exercise classes are restarting Tintagel Social Hall w/c 12th January:
Monday evenings 6.15-7.15pm
Tuesday mornings 09.30-10.30am
Spaces available in both classes so if you love dancing come along and join us. You don’t dance with a partner, can have as many left feet as you like but, will learn steps from latin and ballroom dances.
Classes are pay as you go £6.50
I just ask that you message me first so I know to be expecting you and then message me each week if you cannot attend.

Thank you for turning out in such vile weather to dance with me ladies. It was rather lovely dancing with just the Christmas lights on - the photo doesn’t do the hall or its decorations justice.
