Last class before the summer💜 Come and join in before the break. I KNOW YOU WILL ENJOY😁 Classes begin with an energetic aerobic workout. An exciting choreographed routine will then be taught, to then escape the hype with a cool down😝

I am so proud of the ladies, as each one of them were able to catch on quickly.
