Our final post 💔

It’s incredibly hard to write this…

Tomorrow, we will open our doors one last time from 10am–3pm.

Although Messy Nessy has bow ceased trading, Fiona and I will be there to welcome you, share a coffee, and help arrange collection of any remaining items.

Messy Nessy has been more than just a business to us.
It has been our dream, our family, and our heart.

Over the past 7 years, we’ve watched your little ones grow, celebrated birthdays, shared laughter, wiped away tears, and created so many beautiful, messy memories together.

As a heartfelt thank you for the love and support you’ve shown us, we’ll be offering:

💔 An Important Update from Messy Nessy 💔

This is a post we never imagined having to write.

Due to circumstances completely beyond our control — mainly our landlord selling the building — we have been left with no option but to cease trading . Sadly, this means we cannot continue trading, even though we desperately wanted to.

As a result, all future parties, events, and bookings are now cancelled. We fully understand how upsetting and disappointing this will be for many families, and we are truly sorry. This decision has only been taken after every possible option was explored.

💳 Payments & Refunds
We know many of you will be worried about payments already made. Please be reassured that all customer payments will be dealt with correctly and fairly through the insolvency process that we will go through , We will share clear guidance on what this means and the next steps as soon as we are able to do so.

🖌️ Pottery Collections
Any pottery that is ready and due to be collected will not be lost. We will arrange a specific date where we reopen solely for pottery collections, and full details will be shared once confirmed.

We will provide further information about the insolvency at a later date, once we are in a position to do so accurately.

Messy Nessy has been more than just a business — it has been a place of creativity, laughter, and community. We are heartbroken that it has come to an end this way and want to thank every family, child, and supporter who has walked through our doors over the last 7 years.

Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding during this incredibly difficult time.
