Today is the final day of West Berks Comedy Festival. It's been an absolute blast. Some great acts, some different takes on comedy, every audience has been fabulous, and so much support received from our wide variety of venues across the region. LAST CHANCE then to catch shows today at the Croft Hall in Hungerford. Stephen Carlin at 4pm, FREE beer tasting from Field+Theory at 5pm, Al Kitson at 7.30pm, and Joe Wells at 8.45pm. Come see one, come see them all. Tickets in advance (www.wbcf.uk) and on the door.... But if you have not been part of the West Berks Comedy Festival yet, don't miss doing something today!

Nearly midnight, 8 nights down, 2 nights to go.... Pretty much a full house for Newbury tomorrow, but the final day in Hungerford is still awaiting its crowd... Free beer tasting session at 5pm, and a possibly curry supper from Foodilicious and three great acts at 4pm, 7.30 and 8.45.... who wants to catch the last day?

Smashing first weekend of the comedy festival... Graeme Coulam and Alan Francis were in Thatcham on Thurs, Alfie Moore in Newbury and Hungerford, Musical Chairs in Hungerford, Samantha Day in Boswell's and Dave Chawner in City Arts. Thank you Newbury. Lovely audience for Alfie Moore this evening at Newbury Rugby Club.... Let's see if Hungerford can match it tomorrow afternoon at Hungerford Town Football Club? Then we have three great musical comedians coming together for the evening show of Musical Chairs. (Come along after the Parade..... it's pay what you want!)

Sadly, Andy Kind is no longer able to perform at St Nics on Thursday 23rd. We are searching hard for a replacement of similar perspective and comedy warmth..... We should have more news tomorrow. Please bear with us.
