⚠️ Notice for Skatepark and Playing Field Users ⚠️

Please be aware that improvement works will be taking place behind the wall at the northern end of the skatepark from Monday 8 June to Thursday 11 June.

The area behind the skatepark will be temporarily cordoned off while the work is carried out. We kindly ask all visitors to respect the barriers and be considerate of those working on site during this period.

To help keep everyone safe and allow the project to be completed as quickly as possible, we'd really appreciate it if skaters and riders could use the bowl end of the skatepark between 9am and 3pm while work is taking place.

After the excitement of Saturday’s Skatepark Jam — and with another sunny day forecast — This is Rubicon will be back at Northway Skatepark tomorrow and Wednesday from 10am - 4pm offering scooter and skateboard lessons for all ages! 🛹🛴☀️

FREE self defence training for girls and women! Two one-off sessions will be taking place at Northway Community Hub & Parish Office and run by Defence4Women

⏰ Choose from: 10:00am or 12:30pm

These sessions focus on building confidence, using your voice, saying “no”, asserting boundaries, and learning techniques for fighting back and escaping where necessary. The training is supportive and suitable for all abilities — no previous experience required. Recommended age is 12+
