James Oliver the titanic Tommy Cooper of the Telecaster, the man who makes James Brown look like a slouch is joined by Norman Watt-Roy, Geraint Watkins, and Mark Kemlo for the James Oliver R***e.

Four legends of the UK music scene, one stage. Sunday nights do not get better than this.

When: 15th November 2026
Where: De Valence Pavilion, Tenby
Tickets: https://tenbyblues.co.uk/tickets/

James Oliver is undoubtedly one of the most talented, dedicated and explosive guitarists on the contemporary scene. Wilko and Mick Green might be his big heroes but he can play anything; country, rock ‘n’ roll, rockabilly, Blues, western swing – and often in the same song. A tour de force who is forced to tour.

His r***e features:

Mark Kemlo on drums. Veteran of legendary rockabilly band The Rimshots, Mark can swing, shuffle, and slam like few others.

Geraint Watkins on keys. Is there anyone he hasn’t played with?
From Macca to Van the Man, Slim Chance to The Balham Alligators via Nick Lowe et. al. he is the gentle genius of the 88 note work bench. He sings and writes too.

Norman Watt-Roy on bass. He’s played sessions on so many hit records he’s lost count, he was an essential member of Ian Dury and the Blockheads plus the Wilko Johnson Band, and is revered as a colossus of the bass, a guru of the groove.

He calls his style “Blues with a Reggae vibe”, and honestly, that’s underselling it. It’s Blues with depth, Blues with swagger, Blues with London soul, Blues with Brixton heartbeat, Blues with Mississippi and New Orleans roots; it’s Blues that has travelled, grown, and come back wiser.

Returning to Tenby Blues Festival for its 20th anniversary year, Errol Linton will headline the Saturday Night Main Stage.

When: 14th November 2026
Where: De Valence Pavilion, Tenby
Tickets: https://tenbyblues.co.uk/tickets/

Errol Linton is a Brixton‑born British blues musician, with a worldwide reputation; representing the UK at the International Blues Challenge in 2023. Grooves so deep you’ll need a shovel. The Cinelli Brothers bring soulful blues, roaring tone and the kind of live chemistry you only get from players who really know their craft.

📅13th November 2026
📍 Main Stage at the Tenby Blues Festival

The Cinelli Brothers deliver a raw, soulful take on modern blues. Soulful grooves, roaring guitars, harmonica with bite and harmonies that land with real weight. Fronted by brothers Marco and Alessandro, they move effortlessly from intimate storytelling to full‑throttle energy, backed by years of hard‑earned chemistry. It’s authentic, powerful and played with serious conviction, and more than a little swagger.

They're the real deal, they're award winning ... But don't take our word for it, come see for yourself; you won't be disappointed!
