Realisation has hit...
Long Course Swim is in 18 days 😬
After having a terrible swim 2 years ago I said I would never do this swim again, but here we are 🤣
After such a good swim in Mallorca I feel major pressure to match my time but ongoing shoulder injuries are impacting my training 🫣
Again I am raising money for Hywel Dda Health Charities .
If you are able to spare a few pound please sponsor me, it will pressure me to do a good swim time 🤣

After alot of thought I have decided to raise some money for the Challenge I am taking on in just 7 days time!
This time next week hopefully I will be nearly finished swimming a marathon down the River Thames! A whole 9 miles of swimming!
