Left a pot outside this morning to dry in the sun. Forgot about it and it rained, I remembered just now and bought it in. The clay was softer than when I had been working with it. I think I may have just found a really easy way of recycling clay, no effort or tap water required. 😀 I'm going to put a lump of clay out tomorrow morning and see what happens.

So after finding out that my 'environmentally friendly' bamboo travel mug may not be environmentally friendly after all and in fact may be trying to kill me with nasty chemicals. I decided to hand build one. I'm rather pleased with this for a first attempt. Now to see how it drys.

The kiln is on to fire a few extra pieces for tomorrow's drop in session at Rebelbee 7.
