Lovely end to the summer gigs at Hotel, Restaurants & Weddings family fun day! They even have their own Chapel 💒!!!

And here we are in September….here are our public gigs -

Saturday 5th September, Welshpool The Longest Yarn, 7pm
Friday 18th September, knees up White Horse, Shrewsbury 7.30ish
Saturday 26th September, back in Welshpool for their 1940s weekend Welshpool 1940s Weekend

October no gigs as we’re rehearsing for our Anniversary and Remembrance Concert….7th November. Have you got your tickets yet? Not many left!!!

The Longest Yarn…..a sight to behold! Saturday 5th September, a night with The Ronnie Singers in Welshpool where you can see this spectacular achievement!

Britain at War, is a powerful 80-metre installation which explores the social history of the Second World War — how ordinary people coped, endured, and adapted during years of wartime hardship and change. All knitted!!!!!

Come along and join vintage us for an evening of memorable music, a light buffet, chance to see Longest Yarn Exhibition.

Admission £12.50 in advance or £15 on the door.

Monday 31st August - Bank Holiday! Garden Party at Hawkstone Hall & Gardens from 12 - 4pm!

Hugely honoured to see Bernard Morgan again this weekend….and he’s written a book - A Century of Memories! We were so pleased to grab a signed copy. Such a lovely surprise to see that we have made it into the book! What an honour ❤️

Bernard Morgan MBE! He landed in Normandy, France, as part of the assault on Gold Beach in 1944, on a Bedford truck carrying a cypher machine.

We sang at his 102nd birthday in February. We feel very lucky to have been given the opportunity to meet Bernard over the years Dangerous Sheep Events Ltd .
