💡 NEW SERVICE – PAR Testing & Mapping 💡
Have you ever wondered if your corals are getting the right amount of light?
Many reef keepers spend hundreds, or even thousands, on lighting, but without measuring PAR (Photosynthetically Active Radiation), it's impossible to know whether your corals are receiving too much, too little, or the right amount of usable light.
Too little light can result in poor growth and dull colours, while too much can cause bleaching and stress. Every aquarium is different, and rockwork, water depth and even coral placement can dramatically affect the amount of light reaching your corals.
At Evoaquatic, we can now professionally measure and map the PAR throughout your aquarium using specialist equipment.
Our service includes:
🐠 A full PAR map of your aquarium.
📊 Accurate readings at multiple locations and depths.
💡 Advice on optimising your lighting schedule and intensity.
🌈 Recommendations for the ideal placement of SPS, LPS and soft corals.
🔧 Fine-tuning of your existing lighting to help your reef thrive.
Whether you've just installed new lights, upgraded your aquarium, or simply want peace of mind that your corals are receiving the correct light, we can help take the guesswork out of reef keeping.
