ADHD Inner Mind
Draining it can be, getting people to understand.
Your mind having issues, processing so much relevant or not.
To put down in words or explain the struggles.
Not being believed or understood.
Similarities to some... "Oh I do that!"
It's so much more than they think.
Whether over or under focused, or possibly both.
Daily effort to just progress.
On track with task then... BAM!
Distracted to a complete different direction.
No possible quick easy route to get back on track.
Often things not completed.
Twitching; Fidgeting; Tapping; Wondering...
So many different ways to be hyperactive.
Males more physical... Female more mental...
Sometimes passed off as "normal", getting missed.
Absolute need to focus and get a task done.
Anger when lost.
Lashing out in frustration but not meaning to.
Or holding back and the frustration just builds.
Making relations with others hard.
Especially if they don't understand.
Blamed for being lazy when unable to focus.
Calling out for help and guidance but just not getting.
