I know it's only just September, BUT, would you like to come along to my Christmas Wreath making workshop in November? I am adding two dates so you can make sure you can come to the one that suits you. I will be on hand to help you create a lovely indoor or outdoor festive wreath.

Thursday 12th November 7pm to 9pm, or, Sunday 15th November 11am to 1pm. Places cost £25 per person and includes all materials needed, refreshments and optional Christmas songs! Plenty of parking on site, which is near Point Sands.
We will use all sorts of materials to make the wreath that you like.

Artmap 2026 is now all wrapped up and it's been a lovely 10 days of meeting people and making some sales. Thank you to al the people who visited and chatted with me, who bought cards, prints and ordered commissions, it's how my little business can continue! Hi everyone, Artmap2026 is still in full swing, so please do pop along and have a chat and look at my work on display. I have had some lovely visitors and it brightens the day here. March can be such a lovely time to escape to Southern Spain. Me and my dog Amber enjoy the early sunshine!

After a long winter, a few days of sunshine, painting, good food, and time away can feel very welcome.

Me and will be running our March 2027 painting retreat which is designed to be relaxed and encouraging, with small-group tuition and space to enjoy both the painting and the surroundings. We always have a really fun time, with laughter and relaxation on tap.

Whether you are a beginner, an improver, or someone who has not painted for a while, you are very welcome. I bet you are better than you think you are!

Coming away on your own can feel like a big step.

That is something I understand, and it is one of the reasons I try to make the Spain retreat feel relaxed, welcoming, and easy to settle into.

You do not need to arrive with a friend, and you do not need to arrive feeling confident in your painting. The retreat is small, supportive, and designed to give you time to enjoy the week at your own pace.

There is painting, food, sunshine, conversation, quiet time, and plenty of encouragement.

One of the loveliest parts of running the Spain retreats is hearing what people remember afterwards.

Previous guests have spoken about the spring sunshine, the food, the painting days, the setting, and how relaxed the week felt. One guest said the retreat took the stress out of going away on her own, which is exactly the kind of experience I hope to create.

A retreat should not feel intimidating. It should feel welcoming, encouraging, and enjoyable.

My March 2027 Spain painting retreat is open to beginners, improvers or experienced artists, non-painting partners are also very welcome too (at a reduced rate).
