We took some time out from our own open day to pop along to the Goosey Quilters Exhibition, who are also celebrating their 40th anniversary.

Some beautiful quilts on show and a generous selection of 40 quilts made by the members to be donated to Project Linus UK, an amazing charity who provide handmade quilts and blankets to babies, children, and teenagers who are ill, disabled, distressed or disadvantaged.

As you can probably tell Jo just loves the colour purple! She has tried to explore other colours but she always come back to purple. She claims to have liked it for as long as she can remember, and even found something that she made from her school days, orange background with a purple lion.
